At Pet1st, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, clear, and stress‑free. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
1. Delivery Providers
We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and major courier partners. All parcels require a signature on delivery to ensure they arrive safely. If packaging appears damaged, please notify us immediately.
2. Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home, your parcel may be:

Taken to your local Post Office or collection depot

Returned to the courier depot for redelivery

Left in a safe place (at the courier’s discretion)
Tracking will be provided for all orders so you can follow your delivery at any time.
3. Delivery Times
We work hard to dispatch orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Metro: 8–13 business days

Regional, Remote & rural areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location
During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, public holidays), delivery times may be longer.
4. Access & Delivery Requirements
Please ensure couriers can access your property, including secure apartment buildings. If access is restricted, a calling card may be left and redelivery may be required.
5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose ATL, Pet1st is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Tracking is provided for all orders.
