Pet1st Return Policy

Return Window 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns We accept returns for both defective and non‑defective products.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.

Condition of Returned Items To qualify for a refund, items must be in new condition with all original packaging and components included. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Method Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees typically range from $25 to $150, depending on the product’s size, weight, and packaging requirements.

Restocking Fee A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
