Pet1st Return Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns We accept returns for both defective and non‑defective products.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.

Product Condition Returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging and components.

Return Method Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees range from $25 to $150, depending on the product’s size, weight, and packaging requirements.

Restocking Fee A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Refund Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
